Hi, I'm Anastasia — yoga teacher, mother of two, former corporate strategist, and lifelong student of what makes us feel truly alive.
For much of my life, I did what I was taught would lead to success: I studied business, climbed the corporate ladder, and built a life that looked perfect on paper. Good salary, good benefits, good job title. But underneath the achievements and polished performance, something essential was missing — a sense of true alignment, joy, and meaning.
When I became a mother, that quiet dissonance turned into a roar. The world I had so carefully built no longer fit the woman I was becoming. I was no longer content to just tick the boxes. I craved something more honest, more embodied, and more deeply human.
Yoga found me during my university years, pulling me away from high-intensity workouts and into something much deeper — a quiet space to breathe, to listen, and to feel. Over time, that practice became my anchor — through pregnancies, sleepless nights, self-doubt, and transformation. It taught me how to hold space for all of me: the strong and the soft, the capable and the questioning, the steady and the still learning.
Now, I share that space with others—especially with gentle, giving women and mothers who, like me, are trying to reclaim themselves in a world that rarely pauses. My mission is to help you move from self-sacrifice to self-worth, from overwhelm to inner calm, using mindful yoga, self-compassion, practical boundary-setting, and intentional self-care rituals.
I’m deeply curious about what shapes us: our triggers, our patterns, our nervous systems, and the stories we inherited as Millennials—raised to achieve but not always taught how to feel. But what if we don’t have to be perfect?
What if we stop chasing success and happiness the way we were taught—and start redefining them, together?
What if presence could replace perfection—and experience could become the new measure of happiness?
